1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the ea4444 platform ("Platform", "Website", "Service") and the user ("you", "your", "Member"). By accessing the ea4444 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Definitions

  • "ea4444" or "we" refers to the entity operating the ea4444 platform.
  • "Member" refers to any user registered on ea4444.
  • "Service" refers to all games, betting, and related features available on the ea4444 platform.
  • "Bet" refers to placing money on any game or event.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To create an account on ea4444, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age.
  • You must provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
  • Each person may only create one account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
  • All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
  • You must ensure that you are operating the account on your own behalf and in your own interest.

Age Restriction: This platform is for those aged 21 and above only. 21+

If it is found that a member created an account using false information or violated the age requirement, ea4444 reserves the right to cancel that account and seize the associated funds at any time.

3. Account Security and Identity Verification

The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Follow the guidelines below strictly:

  • Never share your login details, password or PIN with anyone else.
  • Your password should not be easily guessable and should be changed regularly.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
  • If you log in from a shared or public device, make sure to log out after use.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

ea4444 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

  • A scanned copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
  • Relevant screenshots or documents for payment method verification.

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Normal operations will resume once verification is successful.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are currently available for depositing funds on ea4444: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

For all methods, the minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

  • When making a deposit, you must send funds from your own account.
  • Any deposit sent from a third-party account will be rejected and returned to the sender.
  • Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be credited to your account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

For all methods, the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Identity verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds (details in Section 5).
  • In the case of suspicious activity, ea4444 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ea4444 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to accepting and using these offers.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

150% bonus on first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 15x (bonus + deposit amount).
Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500.
Example: ৳14,000 deposit → ৳10,000 bonus → total ৳24,000.

  • Each member will receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • After activating a bonus, withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonus funds may be used to place bets on any approved game.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus offer cannot be used more than once by the same member, device, IP address or household.
  • ea4444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
  • If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
  • Each promotional offer has its own validity period and specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is announced.

6. Betting and Game Rules

Slots, casino games, sports betting (including cricket and football) and other games are available on the ea4444 platform. All games are conducted in a fair and verifiable manner.

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • If a game remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the result of that game will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
  • The results of all games are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verifiable.
  • In sports betting, wins and losses are determined based on official results.
  • If an abnormal win is achieved by exploiting a technical error in any game, ea4444 reserves the right to cancel that win.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game lobby. ea4444 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

7. Responsible Gaming

ea4444 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that gaming is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of earning a living.

  • Never bet more than you can afford.
  • Avoid placing bets impulsively in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • Contact the support team to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
  • If you want a temporary break or self-exclusion, please contact us.
  • If you notice signs of addiction, notify our support team immediately.

Prohibited Activities and Legal Policy

8. Prohibited Activities and Anti-Fraud Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ea4444 platform and will result in immediate account closure:

  • Money laundering or processing of illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
  • Using any software, bot, script or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Unauthorized access to or use of another member's account.
  • Threatening, harassing or abusive behavior toward ea4444 staff.
  • Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
  • Depositing or withdrawing using a third-party payment method.

Warning: If evidence of prohibited activity is found, the relevant account will be closed, all funds will be seized, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the ea4444 platform — logos, designs, software, graphics, text and other elements — is the intellectual property of ea4444 or the relevant licensor.

  • Reproducing, distributing or commercially using any content from the platform without prior written permission from ea4444 is prohibited.
  • Game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft and others) own the intellectual property rights to their own game content.
  • Unauthorized use of the ea4444 brand name and logo for any purpose is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

ea4444 is not liable in the following cases:

  • If a game remains incomplete due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • If loss occurs due to failure of a third-party service (payment gateway, game provider).
  • If a member shares their account details with someone else and suffers a loss as a result.
  • Any loss or disappointment related to betting outcomes — wins and losses are a normal part of gaming.

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Account Closure by ea4444

ea4444 may suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • If evidence of fraud or illegal activity is found.
  • Registration with false information or failure to complete identity verification.
  • If evidence of operating more than one account is found.
  • In accordance with directions from law enforcement agencies.

11.2 Account Closure by Member

You may request closure of your account at any time through our support team. All pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed (subject to conditions being met).

12. Privacy & Data Protection

ea4444 takes the protection of members' personal information very seriously. We keep your information secure using SSL encryption and modern security technology.

  • Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
  • Limited information may be shared with trusted partners for payment processing and identity verification.
  • Information may be provided in response to legally valid requests from law enforcement agencies.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
